Product Description:
LEADTOOLS ICR (Intelligent Character Recognition) modules provide functions, properties, methods, and events for converting handwritten text and numbers into machine readable strings and documents, and can be used in the same fashion and mixed on the same image as the OCR modules.
The LEADTOOLS ICR module supports hand written text in nearly 100 languages including 15 with dictionary support.
Key Features:
HNR: The hand-printed numeral recognition engine is designed for speed and accuracy, using a reduced character set. It is specialized to recognize the following:
digits (0-9)
plus sign (+)
minus sign (-)
period or full-stop (.)
comma (,)
comma (,)
RER: The reRecognition alphanumeric hand-print recognition engine is designed to recognize upper and lower case text, numbers and symbols.
Export to over 40 output formats.
Use in the same fashion as the OCR module.
Mix different recognition modules (including the OCR module) on the same image
Specify a different recognition module for each zone in the same page.
