LEAD highly recommends purchasing annual maintenance to maximize your SDK investment and guarantee access to current versions of LEADTOOLS.  Annual Maintenance includes the following:


Upgrades and Updates

  • Major version upgrades
  • Minor version upgrades
  • Patch files
Without a maintenance plan, the standard cost for upgrades is 30% off of the SRP of the product being upgraded.
 


Premium Technical Support

  • Premium technical support via phone with senior support reps (Up to 5 cases per year)
  • Priority status on support via email
  • Technical support via live chat
  • Access to non-published demos and examples
  • Early and free access to LEAD sponsored training webinars and other valuable customer events
Without a maintenance plan, premium phone support is $100 per case.
 


Special Discounts for Additional Product Purchases and Upgraded Runtime Licenses

  • Maintenance customers are eligible to receive a discount on the purchase of additional development licenses and additional product purchases
  • Maintenance customers are eligible to receive a discount on upgraded runtime licenses

Availability and Pricing

  • Annual maintenance is available to any current version customer
  • Maintenance may be purchased when purchasing the initial license or upgrade to current version
  • Cost for annual maintenance is 25% of the SRP of the SDK and any additional modules/plug-ins licensed
  • By contrast, the standard cost for upgrades is 30% off the SRP of the product being upgraded
  • Multi-year plans are available
