HOW TO: Add rectangle to image using GDI

The attached file contains LEADTOOLS v17.5 VC++ 6.0 project that load an image and add rectangle to the image then save it. The rectangle is added using the Rectangle() Windows GDI function.

Updated to LEADTOOLS v19 with Visual Studio 2017. Changed to Visual Studio 2010 (v100) Platform Toolset. Also changed project to automatically select dll's for running in 32-bit and 64-bit.
Extract folder to "C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Examples\CDLL\" to use the example.
