The attached sample shows you how to use the selected Rectangle Annotation to crop the underlying image to the bounds of the rectangle.  You can draw multiple rectangles on the image and crop the cropped image as well.  You can also offset and scale the image before and after cropping. 

I also added optional features of removing all annotations and resetting the offset and scale values after the image is cropped.

This x86 project was written in C# using Visual Studio 2008.
