I am new to the site and I apologise if this question has been posted in the wrong section.

I am hoping this is the correct forum to ask how I can fix a problem with a missing 'ltwvc13n.dll'. I have been using Microsoft Digital Image Suite for many years (it is now not supported) but recently I have been unable to access the Editor because of the missing dll. I must add that I am not a developer of any sorts - just an end user. My investigations brought me to this site as the dll is from LEAD. Unfortunately I can't find my original discs to reload the MS DIS software and so wondered how I can get hold of the dll.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks

The DLL is indeed part of one of our products, but I'm afraid we won't be able to help you.
LEAD makes toolkits for programmers, and thousands of companies around the world use these toolkits.
If you are facing a problem with a program that uses one of LEADTOOLS toolkits, you need to contact the vendors of that program and inform them about your problem.
We can only provide support to our direct customers (owners of toolkits or applications made by LEAD), but not to their customers.
