The attached project uses our convert control and the LEAD Video Motion Detection filter to process video files for motion and display a list of the parts of video which contained motion.
The project shows a simple way of processing long surveillance video files, to quickly extract the important information of the video without having to watch it all. You can also playback the parts that contained motion.

The project uses our LEADTOOLS Multimedia v17 control in Visual Studio 2008 .NET environment.
