Dear all,

I tried using the MediaInfo to get information from an incoming datastream. When setting the SourceFile to a video file (like "myTest.avi") there is no problem. But when trying to read the information from a stream (like "myMediaInfo.SourceFile = "ltsf://192.168.100.123"), I get an error message:
"LTMM Error: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

The PlayCtrl is use has the exact same address and displays the stream, so that's not the problem.

How can I apply the MediaInfo object to a live running (LTMM) stream?!

Please help.

Hello,

ltmmMediaInfo doesn't support getting information from live streams.  So you have to use the ltmmPlayCtrl to get the information instead.

Thanks
