HOW TO: Resize Image and Ruler Annotations Proportionally

The AnnObject class has functions for scaling an image (AnnObject.Scale) which you would need to execute to have the annotation stay in its relative location on the image whenever you resize the image.  The Ruler object however has additional properties that control its look and feel so simply calling the Scale function will make the pixel size correct, but the tickmarks and length likely won't look right.  Attached is a C# 2005 example using LEADTOOLS 16.5's Non-Automated Annotations (you can do the same thing with Automated Annotations) that shows how to proportionally resize the image and ruler annotation.
