In order to create a new AnnRectangle object with the minimum bounding rectangle you need to use the System.Drawing.Graphics.MeasureString function. Attached is a simple C# 2005 example using LEADTOOLS 16.5's .NET interface that shows how to do this and account for other variables such as using a pen.
