I save the file like....LTCodecs.Load(FileName, 0, CodecsLoadByteOrder.BgrOrGray, firstPage, lastPage)
so shouldn't there be way to get the filename back if I have the image and not the actual name?

I am afraid that there is no direct way to save the file name with the RasterImage.
You can save the file name in a global variable when loading the image.
Also, you can try to create your own class with two members: RaterImage and the file name as string.
