Do you get this error on the development or on the deployment machine?

What is the format of the image that you are trying to load?

However, to resolve the problem, try to include the required LEADTOOLS filters DLLs as references in your project. For example, to load BMP images, you need to include the Leadtools.Codecs.Bmp.dll file as a reference in your project.
