This is a common problem with Windows Server Operating Systems because Microsoft DirectShow components are NOT installed by default. Since ltmm*.dll and our other DirectShow components rely on these, they will not register.

To resolve this issue, you need to install the "Desktop Experience" feature from the Control Panel's Programs and Features.
