Attached is a simple C# 2005 project using LEADTOOLS 16.5 that shows how to issue a storage commitment request (NActionRequest).  It also shows how to connect to a server, associate, CEcho, and CStore and is a good starting place for a very simple SCU application.

To test this example, you can use our PACS Server Manager demo (which ships with the SDK) as the SCP.

For simplicity's sake, I hard coded several things such as the IP addresses, Presentation Contexts, and values of tags that go in the StorageCommitmentPushModelClass dataset.  All of these are well documented with comments so it will be easy for you to find what needs to be modified to work with your application and other images.
