You can try our VB.NET DicomServerDemo and DicomClientDemo examples shipped with our LEADTOOLS v16.5 setup to try out and check how to implement DICOM communication features using LEADTOOLS.
The examples are located in this folder:
[LEADTOOLS 16.5 folder]\Examples\DotNet\VB
