Is there a way to save a Grayscale PNG file without Palette?
After loading a 8bits grayscale PNG image, rotate 90 degrees and re-save, the filesize is larger! Photoshop see the saved file as an Index Color Image.
"Lead1.SaveNopalette=True" works on TIF file but has no effect on PNG files.
Any suggestion or help is much appreciated.

I am afraid that you can't save 8-bit PNG file format without Palette.

Thanks,
