How to get the unlock key for the constant L_SUPPORT_BARCODES_1D

I got a problem reading barcode, the error no is 20426 and means Bar Code 1D is locked., but i do not know how to get the unlock key for the constant L_SUPPORT_BARCODES_1D or where to find this key?

If you don't own the barcode module, or you own it but you don't have the unlock key, please send an email to our sales department at sales@leadtools.com.
