I have an image that is in jpeg format. When I open it in eprint and try to save as there is no option for a tiff format, only pdf, rich text ascii, and word.

How do I get this save as a tiff file.

You can convert (print) your JPEG image to TIFF file format by using the following instructions:

(1) Open the JPEG image (that you want to convert) on its windows native viewer.
(2) Print the image and select LEADTOOLS ePrint 5 as the active printer.
(3) When the "LEADTOOLS ePrint Save As" dialog appears, set the "File type" option to "Image Formats" and then set the "Save as" option to "TIF (*.tif)". Then click the save button
(4)Check the result TIFF image.

Thanks,
