License of redistributing MFC modules

Please teach me about the License of LeadTools V12, 15, 16.
In license of LeadTools V15, there is no agreement for redistributing MFC modules.
such as; http://www.leadtools.com...ing/Ltcommon/14Files.htm

Can I include the following modules to my application ?
Note: I got the following modules from the LoeadTools package;

msvcr80.dll, msvcp80.dll, Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest, mfc80u.dll, Microsoft.VC80.MFC.manifest, MFC80ENU.dll, Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC.manifest
