hai,
My application is a Windows based application using C#.net 2008 and framework is 3.5. In my application leadtools(version 16) is used.how can i Gets the number of unique colors in an image

If you mean that you want to get the number of unique colors in an image, you can use the ColorCountCommand Class.
If you mean something else, please provide me with more details about your requirements.
