Using Kodak's Dual Stream features with LEAD

Kodak has extended the specification by adding many custom features specific to their product line.  One such feature is Dual Stream Scanning.  To put it simply Dual Stream allows you to scan a color document and have the scanner deliver a color image and a black and white image.  This is all done in one scan and the scanner can deliver both sides of the color document as well.  Each image is scanned using a "camera" which is simply a term used to describe the device used to scan the document's top and bottom.  Each camera scans in either a color or black and white and scans the top or the bottom of the image.  You can enable each one or all of them and each camera uses it's own values set using capabilities.  For instance, camera1 may have ICAP_CONTRAST set to -900 while, camera2's ICAP_CONTRAST is set to 1000. 

The attached sample shows you how to enable/disable each camera and how to change which camera is currently selected.  Once a camera is selected each call to "TwainSession::SetCapability" or L_TwainSetCapability applies only to that camera selection.

The attached sample was written in Visual Studio 6.0.  It uses MFC with LEAD's CDLL interface.
