I am developing an application using the Medical Suit SDK and contains a data-structure which is similar to DICOM. One of the function is to generate a UID. Can I make use of the DICOM SDK to generate Study UID and Series UID?

There is a set of default UID values defined in the LEADTOOLS medical toolkit such as Verification SOP Class UID_VERIFICATION_CLASS "1.2.840.10008.1.1"
This is documented in the help topic "UID Table".
If you want to add your own entries to the table, you can use the LDicomUID::Insert() function.
