HOW TO: Create a video from still images in CS

This demo will create an AVI file out of a directory of images. The demo will allow the user to specify the following:

- The loading resolutions
- The video compressor
- The frame rate

When you start the demo, you'll need to specify the source directory and the image file extention of the files you want to create AVIs with. Then set the name of the AVI file you want to create, and where you want to create it.

NOTE: The TargetFormat is hardcoded as AVI. You may need to change this for videos to play with some compressors. It is set in the AviBuilder class.

I have updated this project to use the .NET 4.0 binaries (32-bit) from the LEADTOOLS v18 Imaging and Multimedia SDKs using Visual Studio 2010.

Updated to LEADTOOLS v19 with Visual Studio 2017. Also changed project to automatically select dll's for running in 32-bit and 64-bit.
Extract folder to "C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Examples\DotNet\CS\" to use the example.

Changed the program so it will automatically resize images if they don't match the builder's initial resolution.

Updated Project to LEADTOOLS Version 20 using Visual Studio 2019. This project is using the x86 Architect.
