I load the image in a window (M using a doc-view architecture). Then i make some annotations like draw circle, rectangle etc. I want to save this file with the annotation as jpeg.

I load the file using L_LoadBitmap. I save it using L_SaveBitmap. But how do i get the changes made on the screen (image plus the annotations) to be saved in the file?

NOTE: I want to view the changed image in any viewer with the annotation. This means I m not using the .ann file creation concept of lead tools. I want the save annotations in the same image file (just like what u see what u get).

Regards,
Aniruddha

Aniruddha,

If you mean you want to produce a composite image from the source (image + ANN), where this image will contain the annotation objects burned into the pixel data of the image itself. LEADTOOLS allows you to Realize (burn) the annotation objects and save the result in any supported image format, such as JPEG or BMP. Also, if you have our PDF Plug-in, you can save this image as PDF.
