When adding an annotation to 1 page of a mulitpage TIFF file, the image grows at a high rate.

To fix this, we tried to refresh the image by:

1. Reading each page individually
2. Writing it to a new file, appending each page to the new file in a loop.

The image stayed at a reasonable size, but the annotation propogated to all of the pages in our multi page TIFF file.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Kreg Gillispie

The image size also grows when making other changes like deleting a page from the multi page TIFF.

Please send a before and after Tiff file.

What is the file version of ltkrn13n.dll?

Which interface are you using, API, COM, OCX, etc.?  I'm assuming OCX at this point since you mentioned that in your other posts.

Which function are you using to save the annotations?

As for the deleting page problem, it appears you submitted a separate post on the same issue (http://support.leadtools.com/SupportPortal/cs/forums/19353/ShowPost.aspx).  I'll answer that question there.

NOTE: If you are attaching a project or file to the forums...
1.) Zip the file(s) up.
2.) Make sure it is less than 5 MB.  If it is larger, please send an email to support@leadtools.com and we'll send you FTP instructions.
3.) Remove ANY AND ALL unlock codes and LEADTOOLS DLLs.
4.) Do not click the preview button, the attachment will not show up when you post it.

If you do not wish to post your file(s) on the forum since they are publically viewable, please send an email to support@leadtools.com and make sure that you include a link to this forum post.

When the issue with deleting pages is resolved, this will be resolved. The page deleting issue is the root.

I will post a reply in the appropriate issue.
