It seems when I choose more than one file that all the files are merged into one pdf file. Any suggestions??

Check the "Save each page as a separate file" box prior to saving to PDF on the "Save As" dialog.

This makes individual files out of each page. I was looking to keep the multipages in the PDF file along with the same file name that the TIF file has...

If you have more than one
multiple page TIFF files, let's say you have 2 files TIFX and TIFY. If you want
to reproduce a single PDF file from each TIFF (That is PDFX and PDFY) you can try this:

1. If you are saving using the
ePrint WorkStation, Print each file individually then save it. Do not print
both TIFF files at the same time to ePrint and have them open in the WorkStation. When you finish saving the first file to PDF save the other file.

2. If you are saving using the
ePrint 5 driver (Not the WorkStation) make sure that The append to queue is not checked when you save the second file or you will end up with one PDF file.

If the above is not your case, please give me as much details as you can on what you are doing?
