We have Lead Tool v 15 "Document Imaging Suite" package. I try "RotateViewPerspective" it also show Document capability required.
any help ?

You need to unlock the document features in your code using the UnlockSupport
method and unlock code that was supplied to you by our sales department upon
purchase.
