This VC++ 8 example uses the LEADTOOL v15 API to:

1. Load and read transparency information from a PNG file using L_GetPNGTRNS
2. Modify and Save transparency information to a PNG file using L_SetPNGTRNS making every other 4 colors 100%, 75%, 50%, and 0% transparent.
