Trying to use annotations for the first time. The only DLL example I can find is not based on MFC but the earlier style of windows programming. I'm having a hard time trying to get all the different actions in the right place in my MFC based Visual C++ program.

Is there an MFC based sample code somewhere? With the the annotation toolbar?

I'm not really sure what demo you are looking at but we have a MFC demo written in C++ for v14.5 and v15 for Annotations.  You can find it in the the start menu by going to "Programs-><LEADTOOLS>->Document Imaging->Annotations->C++ Class Library", fom here look at the Annotation demo.  If you have any specific questions which you cannot figure out after looking at the demo or using the C++ Class Library help file, please feel free to ask.
