I have a Word document that I sent to ePrint. In the Word doc, there are email addresses and websites that are in black text, but after I sent it to ePrint, they became blue. Is there a way to keep them black?

Hello,

If you want to convert your word document to any other document format (PDF, MS Word, etc.) using ePrint without changing the color of the URLS, you need to uncheck the "Enable URL detection" in the "Save as options" dialog when converting your document.

Thanks,
