Hi All

Is it possilble to use the OMR module V15 to read multiple marks in one region and to output the recognition results as a bit array. or is it a one to one relationship between a mark and a region.

I have another question with respect to the registration marks if you dont mind. do we have to have a black background on our form to use the registration marks detection algorithm.

Thanks

Lutfi,

Regarding your first question, no, you can't to use the OMR
module to read multiple marks in one region; you have to assign one region "zone" for every mark you want to recognize.

Regarding your Second question, yes, to use registration
marks methods, a document image must consist of white objects on a black
background. However, for the process of detecting the registration marks you
can take a copy of the original form, and invert the colors on that copy to detect the registration marks, and use the result to modify the original form.
