How can I translate (offset) an image with the LEAD main control?

I see methods to rotate, trim, etc. But I need to offset a form image by 25 pixels X and 28 pixels Y.

This is a monochrome form image, so the filled pixels on the left and top should be white (0).

How can I modify a bitmap to shift it down and right like this?

(I am using LEADTools v10 w/VB6)

Is the entire bitmap going to get resized as well or not?  The process below will work either way, but if you do not "resize" the entire image to be resized by 25x and 28y then the right 25 pixels and bottom 28 pixels will get cut off.

One simple way you can do this is to :

1. create a new image that is either the same size or the size of your image plus the extra padding (25x and 28y)
2. fill the new image with white
3. combine the original image onto the new image starting from the point (25, 28)

Thanks, Greg. I'll give that a try.
