batch for adding and editing DICOM tag element?

Hello,

I need to add and edit several of the DICOM tag elements
for a series of (91) DICOM images.  I know I can do this
adding and editing for each of the 91 files manually.
But, I am wondering if there's a batch that can
help doing the same adding and editing thing
for all our 91 files?

Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!
