I am trying to create a live tv streaming application using either a Hauppauge PVR-150 or 250 tv tuner card.

As these are hardware encoding cards will the LT Multimedia sdk be able to stream both the auio and video from these cards?

Hello,

Since the video stream comes from TV tuner card, you need to use capture control on the sender side. Also, you need to set the
TargetFormat property to ltmmXXXX_TargetFormat_NET.

The transmitted streams can be received (on the receiver side) by a player object with the source file set to the server address.

If you would like, you can download and try the LEADTOOLS Multimedia SDK from the following page (click the TRY button):
http://www.leadtools.com/SDK/Multimedia/Multimedia-Products-n.htm

After installing the setup, for a complete example, please refer to the LEADTOOLS Multimedia documentation and read the following code sample:
- A Complete Example: Server and Client
