When I execute the following line, which is after the unlock coding, the NAG box pops up:
leadBC.Bitmap = (int)Leadtools.Compatibility.RasterImageConverter.ToLeadBitmap(rasterImage, "LTKRN14N.DLL");
Is this a bug?

This line of code indicates you're using a LEADTOOLS ActiveX control with a LEADTOOLS.NET image class. This means your program is using 2 different LEADTOOLS kernel files, which are:
- For .NET: Leadtools.Kernel.dll
- For the OCX: LTKRN14N.DLL.
To solve your problem, you need to use the 'NoNag' edition of both kernels.
Additional info:
1. There's also a third LEADTOOLS kernel, which is LTR14N.DLL. This is used by the Raster COM objects (such as LEADRasterView OCX, LEADRasterIO and LEADRasterProcess). However, you don't need to worry about it if your code doesn't use these COM objects.
2. If you unlock the support for any feature in one kernel (such as Document Imaging), it is NOT unlocked automatically in the other kernel, even if they are in the same program.
