How can I use an LBitmap, and place teh image in the center os an window, simply move the image to an local coordnate;

If you use LBitmapWindow, the default behavior is to center it (LBitmapWindow::EnableCenterOnZoom is True by default).

If you want to use LBitmap and paint it yourself, see the help topic "Setting Rectangles", which describe how to use functions like LBitmapBase::SetDstRect and LBitmapBase::SetSrcRect.
