Hi.

I am using Leadtools 20

I have an issue with some Excel files causing the DocumentServiceCore to throw "Invalid file format" errors while they are perfectly viewable in Excel. One in specific has external links. I have removed the external links yet it remains an issue.

Is there a way to in the LoadFromUriResponse LoadFromUri method to set the loadOptions to ignore any shuch links or even macros as set in the properties after the line: var loadOptions = new LoadDocumentOptions();

Here's our documentation page for the available properties which can be set in the LoadDocumentOptions object.
https://www.leadtools.co...entoptions--members.html

Note we don't have functionality at this time to instruct the loader to exclude specific sections of the document. This would be a feature request.

However, we patch and maintain the current and most recent versions of the toolkit, which are v22 and v21 respectively. As such, v20 is legacy and out of maintenance. If we're able to reproduce the issue using the current version, it'll be addressed in that one. I've reached out to you via email for your file. It's recommended to upgrade to the most recent version of the toolkit as this may have been subsequently resolved.
