How to convert pixel value into annotation units? - I want to adjust the size of annotation from user input

Am trying to get the width and height values from user via a textbox and applying that to selected annotation object. When I tried apply height as 30 and width as 240 am getting very small annotation. Have attached the screenshot for reference.

You can use the AnnUnitConverter class to do unit conversions.
