Hello,

What is the programming interface (COM, API) that you are using?

However, if you are using COM programming interface, you can capture to MPEG1 or MPEG2 formats using LEADTOOLS Multimedia SDK.
But you will need to set the ltmmCaptureCtrl.TargetFormat Property to one of the following constants:
- Const ltmmCapture_TargetFormat_MPEG1System
- Const ltmmCapture_TargetFormat_MPEG2_PROGRAM

We have VB6.0 tutorials that will help you to use our LEADTOOLS Multimedia COM components inside C#.
Please refer to the "LEADTOOLS Multimedia Help file" and read the following tutorials:
- My First Capture (Visual Basic)
- My Second Capture (Visual Basic)
- My Third Capture (Visual Basic)
- Save the Captured Data As MPEG (Visual Basic)

Thanks,
Maen Badwan
