An example using LEADTOOLS to convert images and documents to PDF files. Three methods using LEADTOOLS are shown:

Convert image to image-based G4 compressed PDF
Convert image to document-based image-over-text PDF using full page OCR
Convert document to document-based PDF using SVG (no OCR)

The main code that you will be interested in reviewing is in Convert/ToPdf.cs
