Attached is a sample C# project that uses the Leadtools.Document.Sdk NuGet from LEADTOOLS. This project uses the RasterCodecs to determine how to load the file (as Svg or Raster) using the GetInformation method. It combines all the files using a DocumentWriter with the DocumentWriterSvgPage (for files loaded as Svg) or DocumentWriterRasterPage (for files loaded as Raster).
