This error indicates there is a problem initializing the Intel Media SDK within the LEADTOOLS H.264 and H.265 codecs. This error MFX_ERR_UNSUPPORTED is also displayed by LEADTOOLS when the H.265 codec is unable to load the kernel DLL used by the codec. The LEncH265Krn.dll/LDecH265Krn.dll (32-bit) and LEncH265Krnx.dll/LDecH265Krnx.dll (64-bit) binaries should be placed in the same folder where the LEncH265.dll/LDecH265.dll or LEncH265x.dll/LDecH265x.dll are registered.
