HOW TO: Extract MICR information using the RecognitionEngine

The LEADTOOLS CloudServices RecognitionEngine interface provides a high-level method to extract MICR information from a file. The ExtractMicr method will return a dictionary containing all of the information extracted from the file. This dictionary is structured just like the Results property of the BankCheckReader class.
