Here you will see how to set up both the DicomMwlScp and DicomMwlScu Demo. The purpose of these demos working side by side are so that the sever and client can interact allowing you to retrieve data, update that data, then send it back the storage server.

Below are screenshots that will guide you through setting up the client and server for the Modality Work List (MWL) Server Class User demo(SCU) and Server Class Provider demo (SCU).

- First, you will want to run both the SCU/SCP demos side by side. ("C:\LEADTOOLS23\Examples\Dicom\DotNet\DicomMwlScpDemo" / "C:\LEADTOOLS23\Examples\Dicom\DotNet\DicomMwlScuDemo")

- Make sure that the IP address and AE Title match for when you add the clients to the list

- You should see that once you click "Add to List", the client has been successfully added and now you can start the server

- Now that you have started the server, click verify to see the logs showing that the request was accepted

- It will then ask you to choose the query type and you can leave that untouched and use the default option, then click next

- You should be on Step 4 where it asks you to Query the MWL Server, click "Query MWL Server"

- Notice that the information has been received and you now have your Modality Work List, click next

- In step 5, you just need to follow the instructions at the top of the demo to Construct the Data Set

- With step 6, click each tag and assign it a proper value, then click next
