Can someone explain how to convert images such as jpeg, PNG, GIF, etc, to PDF using asp.net?

The easiest way to do is to simply load and image using the rasterCodecs.load command,
https://www.leadtools.com/help/leadtools/v19/dh/co/leadtools.codecs~leadtools.codecs.rastercodecs~load.html,
and then after you have loaded the image you can then save the image as a PDF using rasterCodecs.save()
