I have a USB camera and I want to have a way for when I click the start button it should start capture when device is connected.

If you have downloaded our 60 day evaluation trial, we do have demos that will do this. You can find the demo here in your file explorer:
C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Shortcuts\Multimedia\Capture\DirectShow\Dotnet Class Library
