In Leadtools 18, what is the .NET equivalent of LDialogDocument from ltcdlgdoc.h containing functions such as DoModalLineRemove(HWND hWndOwner)?

In our .NET classes, most dialogs were not added as part of the toolkit assemblies, but many of them, including the Line Remove dialog, are implemented in the toolkit demos.
You can find the source code for 2 implementations of this particular dialog in demos inside [LEADTOOLS 18]\Examples\DotNet\CS\
One is in the DocumentCleanupDemo and the other is in the MainDemo.
