Programmatically Select Thumbnail in RasterThumbnailBrowser

After the RasterThumbnailBrowser has loaded and displayed the thumbnails from a folder how do I programmatically select the 3rd thumbnail and have the corresponding image display in the viewer. Seems like this should be simple but have not found the solution anywhere.

Using V19, C#, and VS2013 and the browser in a windows form.

According to the documentation, you can set the RasterImageListItem.Selected property to True to manually select/un-select items in the RasterImageList control. You can find more information here:
