The attached C# .NET project uses v18 "Leadtools.DICOM.SCU.StoreScu class and stores "Image1.DCM" sample file to the "L18_PACS_SCP32" SCP server.
Note: Make sure that the PACS is configured and that "L18_PACS_SCP32" is running. You can find it under:
[LEADTOOLS 18]\Shortcuts\.NET Class Libraries\.NET Framework\03 Medical\01 PACS Storage Server\01 Storage Server\Storage Server Manager C# 32-bit

Updated to LEADTOOLS v19 with Visual Studio 2017. Also changed project to automatically select dll's for running in 32-bit and 64-bit.
Extract folder to "C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Examples\DotNet\CS\" to use the example.
Make sure that the PACS is configured and that "L19_PACS_SCP32" is running. You can find it under:
C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Shortcuts\PACS\.NET Class Libraries\PACS Storage Server\Storage Server
You can also configure the PACS using the config demo found at:
C:\LEADTOOLS 19\Shortcuts\PACS\.NET Class Libraries\PACS Framework (High Level)\PACS Config Demo
Ensure the port in the code (currently 524) is set to the port you are using for your storage server.
