I am using V18 with Rad Studio XE2. I cannot find the declaration of L_ConvertToDIB in the uses\win32 folder. It is ltkrn.h in the include folder, but not in ltkrn.pas.

The solution is to add the following declaration in Ltkrn_F.pas:
=============
Function L_ConvertToDIB(
pBitmap: pBITMAPHANDLE;
uType: L_UINT) : L_HDIB;stdcall;External LTKRNU_DLL;
=============
For the Win32 files, you must add the following declaration to [LEADTOOLS 18 Folder]\Uses\Win32\Ltkrn_F.Pas

For the x64 files, you should add the same declaration to [LEADTOOLS 18 Folder]\Uses\x64\Ltkrn_F.Pas. Add this:
==============
Function L_ConvertToDIB(
pBitmap: pBITMAPHANDLE;
uType: L_UINT) : L_HDIB;stdcall;External LTKRNX_DLL;
==============

Please contact support@leadtools.com so that we will send you the updated files when they are ready.
