I am attaching a small C# WPF 2010 project that shows how you can use LEADTOOLS v17.5 to load a DICOM image to a RasterImage object, and then convert the RasterImage to ImageSource object and view it in LEADTOOLS WPF ImageViewer control.

Note that you can download and try the free evaluation version of LEADTOOLS SDK from our website http://www.leadtools.com

This is an updated project that uses the LEADTOOLS v20 SDK.
